Harper Collins limiting e-book check outs at public libraries

A new decision by major publishing company Harper Collins will limit the number of e-book titles available a local public libraries.
A library book probably gets checked out an unlimited number of times, until it falls apart.
Then the library buys a new one.
You'd think the same would apply for an e-book.
But if they're published by Harper Collins, soon libraries will keep
