The Kewanee Public Library notified patrons Wednesday that the library, with the approval of the libray board, will boycott all publications of the publisher HarperCollins and their subsidiaries effective immediately.
"The publisher has just changed its policy for circulating ebooks," according to library director John Sayers. "The new policy states when we purchase an ebook it will be limited to only 26 circulations and then will disappear from our ebooks list. We would then have to
