Auction site eBay and PayPal have announced that their API teams will join together to form an open platform business.
Matthew Mengerink, head of newly joint platform is planning to offer developers a complete approach to business both online and offline. The 9th PayPal Innovation X conference will include eBay’s developer conference in it.
Both the companies have worked well operating separately where their APIs and developers are concerned though eBay owns
